By downloading or using Numwee, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Numwee is a free-to-download math game for children, distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store. The free version includes Cozy Corner, Tiny Paws, and Treasure Trail game modes, plus 11 Common pet species. An optional in-app purchase (“Numwee Plus”) permanently unlocks the Dragon Quest and Brainy Beast game modes and the Rare, Epic, Mythical, and Celestial pet species.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Numwee for personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the app.
Numwee is designed for children. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the app, including any in-app purchase decisions. The paywall includes a parental gate (a 3-second press-and-hold) before any purchase can be initiated. We strongly recommend enabling Apple’s “Ask to Buy” feature for child accounts in Family Sharing.
Numwee is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or that all educational content is suitable for every child.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Numwee.
We may update, modify, or discontinue Numwee or any of its features at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes through normal App Store update channels.
You may stop using Numwee at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may terminate your license if you materially violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, except where preempted by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence.
