Gemr（以下稱「本 App」）由 CT Wu（個人開發者，以下稱「我們」）開發與營運。本政策說明我們如何處理你在使用本 App 時的資訊。核心原則很簡單：本 App 不需要註冊或登入，不建立帳號，也不收集可識別你個人身分的資料。
本 App 沒有帳號系統。我們不會收集或要求你的姓名、電子郵件、電話、生日、地址或任何登入憑證。本 App 不含任何第三方分析、廣告或追蹤 SDK，不使用廣告識別碼（IDFA），也不會為了追蹤目的而跨其他 App 或網站關聯你的活動。本 App 不存取你的定位、通訊錄、相簿、麥克風或相機。
你的關注清單、已儲存項目、已讀／未讀狀態、偏好設定（例如外觀）、是否已看過介紹與通知選擇，以及訂閱狀態快取，儲存在你的裝置本機（透過 iOS 的 UserDefaults／Keychain）。為在你的 Apple 裝置之間同步、並於重新安裝或更換裝置後還原，其中的關注清單、已儲存項目、已讀狀態與外觀偏好也會透過 iCloud 鍵值儲存（NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore）存放在你自己的私人 iCloud 中——這份資料保存在你的 iCloud，我們無法存取，也不會傳送給我們；若你未登入 iCloud，則僅保留在本機。為顯示主畫面小工具（Widget），本 App 也會在你裝置本機的共用容器（App Group）中存放一份精簡的顯示用摘要（例如變化數量、觀察股變化標籤、資金輪動主題名稱與更新時間）；小工具僅讀取此本機摘要，本身不會進行任何網路連線、AI 或追蹤。以上資料皆不會傳送給我們。刪除本 App 會移除裝置本機資料；透過 iCloud 同步的資料可於 iOS 的 iCloud 設定中管理。
為顯示台股行情、資金輪動主題與 AI 輔助分析，本 App 會透過 HTTPS 向 Gemr 的伺服器（架設於 Cloudflare）請求內容。這類請求會包含取得內容所需的資訊，例如你查詢的股票代碼、搜尋關鍵字，或你關注清單中的股票代碼（本 App 會在背景為你關注的標的請求分析，讓其分析與提醒保持最新）。由於本 App 沒有帳號，這些請求不會與你的個人身分連結。我們的主機供應商可能為了安全與服務穩定，短暫處理標準技術紀錄（例如 IP 位址、時間戳記）；我們不會用這些紀錄來辨識你、建立個人檔案，或跨其他 App 與網站追蹤你。
Gemr Pro 訂閱由 Apple 透過 App Store 處理。我們不會收到或儲存你的付款資訊。你的訂閱狀態是透過 App Store 在你的裝置上驗證。Apple 對付款與交易的處理，適用 Apple 的隱私政策。
若你開啟每日摘要通知，該通知是在你的裝置本機排程與產生的，我們不需要、也不會為了推送通知而向伺服器傳送你的資料。本 App 僅在你主動選擇開啟提醒時，才會請求通知權限，不會在啟動時主動索取；你可隨時在 iOS 設定中關閉通知。
行情與參考資料源自公開來源（例如臺灣證券交易所 TWSE、證券櫃檯買賣中心 TPEx）與 AI 輔助分析；相關第三方資料是由我們的伺服器在後端取得，你的裝置不會直接將你的資料傳送給這些來源。
本 App 為一般理財資訊工具，並非以兒童為對象，也不會刻意收集兒童的資料。
本 App 與伺服器之間的所有連線皆透過 HTTPS 加密傳輸。
若本政策有變更，我們會在此頁面更新內容並修改生效日期。

Gemr (the "App") is developed and operated by CT Wu, an individual developer ("we," "us"). This policy explains how we handle information when you use the App. The core principle is simple: the App requires no sign-up or login, creates no account, and collects no personally identifiable information about you.
The App has no account system. We do not collect or request your name, email, phone number, date of birth, address, or any login credentials. The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, uses no advertising identifier (IDFA), and does not correlate your activity across other apps or websites for tracking purposes. The App does not access your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.
Your watchlist, saved items, read/unread state, preferences (such as appearance), whether you've seen the intro, your notification choice, and a cache of your subscription status are stored locally on your device (via iOS UserDefaults / Keychain). To sync across your Apple devices and restore after a reinstall or on a new device, your watchlist, saved items, read state, and appearance preference are also stored in your own private iCloud via iCloud key-value storage (NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore) — this data stays in your iCloud, we cannot access it, and it is not sent to us; if you are not signed into iCloud it stays on-device only. To display Home Screen widgets, the App also stores a small display-only summary (such as change counts, watchlist-change labels, capital-rotation theme names, and an update time) in a shared on-device container (App Group); the widgets only read this local summary and perform no network, AI, or tracking of their own. None of this data is transmitted to us. Deleting the App removes the on-device data; data synced through iCloud can be managed in iOS iCloud settings.
To display Taiwan-market quotes, capital-rotation themes, and AI-assisted analysis, the App requests content from Gemr's servers (hosted on Cloudflare) over HTTPS. Such requests include the information needed to return content, such as the stock identifier or search term you look up, or the stock codes in your watchlist (the App requests analysis for the stocks you follow in the background so their analysis and alerts stay current). Because the App has no account, these requests are not linked to your identity. Our hosting provider may transiently process standard technical logs (such as IP address and timestamp) for security and reliability; we do not use these logs to identify you, build a profile, or track you across other apps and websites.
Gemr Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment information. Your subscription status is verified on your device through the App Store. Apple's handling of payments and transactions is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
If you enable the daily digest, the notification is scheduled and generated locally on your device. We do not need or send any of your data to a server to deliver it. The App requests notification permission only when you choose to turn reminders on — never cold at launch. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
Quote and reference data originate from public sources (such as the Taiwan Stock Exchange, TWSE, and the Taipei Exchange, TPEx) and AI-assisted analysis. Such third-party data is retrieved server-side by our servers; your device does not send your data directly to these sources.
The App is a general financial-information tool. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
All connections between the App and our servers are encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
